"Opening ahead of the July 4th holiday, Clementina will be a seasonal, pink-and-turquoise Latin restaurant in Capitol Park with an al fresco setup loosely modeled on Miami Beach’s Cecconi’s; its outdoor dining features a wooden pergola laced with string lights and surrounded by plants, and the temporary construction will include a food truck and a shipping-container bar. Much of the food prep will be done offsite at Prime + Proper, and the menu leans Latin-influenced at premium-but-small-plate prices (roughly $4–$13), including items like a $4 al pastor taco and a vegan coconut ceviche salad with quinoa and amaranth; the bar will serve frozen and kegged cocktails alongside wine and beer." - Brenna Houck
