"A massive, iconic open-sided baking tent that serves as the show's central arena, famed for its cozy display of very British cakes, bakes and puddings alongside razzle-dazzle puns and light entertainment. Because it is essentially outdoors and “entirely open to the atmosphere,” tiny changes in temperature and humidity make the technical challenges and signature bakes especially stressful, turning routine recipes into delicate, high-pressure tests during themed weeks such as Cake Week, Biscuit Week and Bread Week.
