"Emanuel Moosbrugger took inspiration from his grandmother Katharina when developing the concept for Biohotel Schwanen in Bregenzerwald, completely rebuilding the space in 2019 while respecting the century-old parlor that the Moosbrugger family built more than five generations before him.
