"A popular Cass Corridor bar that has hosted recurring pop-ups and provided a stable home for a growing vegan counter-service operation; it was used for a weekends-only trial run of Kentucky Fake Chicken and will house the full counter-service menu beginning February 6. The venue supports counter service with food runners, helped the pop-up team pilot faster service formats, and accommodates an expanded part-time staff to reduce wait times and streamline carryout and online orders." - Brenna Houck
