Leading up to its opening, the business dubbed itself a vegan beer hall (and cafe by day) but ended up debuting in a temporary Quincy Center space, slated for demolition, with permitting that only allowed for alcohol service on weekends. Thus, Rewild version one leaned more on the restaurant/cafe side of the equation.
