"Ramen Tatsunoya has opened in Silver Lake this week. The casual Japanese option lands on Sunset Boulevard with limited hours for now, so expect some lunch (noon to 2 p.m. or so) and dinner service (6 p.m. to 8 p.m. or thereabouts) for now as the team continues to ramp up. A more fully realized opening is slated for March 8, and will coincide with a full menu reveal that includes not only a variety of ramen but appetizers like California rolls, chashu-stuffed peppers, and takoyaki." - Farley Elliott
