"Ramen Tatsunoya has opened in Silver Lake this week. The casual Japanese option lands on Sunset Boulevard with limited hours for now, so expect some lunch (noon to 2 p.m. or so) and dinner service (6 p.m. to 8 p.m. or thereabouts) for now as the team continues to ramp up.
