"An artisanal, small-batch creamery from Bainbridge Island, Washington, now operating at Downtown Summerlin (with a second location opening at Town Square soon), offering a Buenos Aires–inspired ice cream and sorbet menu developed by owners Ana Orselli and Jerry Perez. The shop rotates more than 65 flavors year-round and prepares ice cream with fresh milk, real eggs, and cane sugar. Selections range from uncommon flavors like lavender, Mexican chocolate, mojito, cantaloupe, and maraschino cherry cream to signature creations such as Devil (Australian hibiscus flowers infused in whiskey extract syrup), XOXO (cherry jam and cherry liquor extract folded into classic dark chocolate ice cream), and a banana-split rendition featuring banana ice cream with traces of dulce de leche and shaved chocolate. Seasonal offerings have included green tea, pistachio, and Irish coffee for St. Patrick’s Day. The Downtown Summerlin spot replaced a previous tenant and is open Sunday–Thursday 11 a.m.–9 p.m. and Friday–Saturday 11 a.m.–10 p.m." - Susan Stapleton
