"Founded in 2014 and expanding under founder Donna Lee, this fast-casual seafood concept has opened a new 2,100-square-foot River North restaurant at 414 N. Wells Street — its fourth location after spots including a presence in Revival Food Hall in the Loop. The 46-seat indoor space (plus 36 outdoor seats for spring/summer) greets guests with huge glass doors and a nautical-themed interior highlighted by suspended wooden arches and a 20-foot hand-painted mural. Positioning itself as a non-greasy, premium counter-service alternative, the kitchen focuses on sustainable seafood that follows programs like the Shedd Aquarium’s Right Bite; the menu features a catch of the day, salmon, fried or grilled shrimp, fish tacos, lobster rolls, clam chowder, bowls, salads, sandwiches, and sides such as soups, slaw, and tater tots. The River North outpost is open daily from 11 a.m." - Ashok Selvam
