"In Seattle's crowded burger scene, I find one small fast-casual restaurant steadily making moves: 206 Burger Company, which already operates well-trafficked downtown Marion Food Court and First Hill locations and plans to open a third spot at 101 Nickerson Street in Lower Queen Anne shortly after Thanksgiving. Offerings will largely remain the same as the First Hill outpost (besides breakfast), with patties sourced from Oregon-based Painted Hills Farms, and this will be the first location with a full-service, separate bar. 206 is mainly known for an extensive menu of well-made burgers named after local sports teams, sandwiches, shakes, and masala dishes influenced by owner Suren Shretha’s native Nepal, all in the $7–10 range. While the two current locations have minimal seating, the new location will have seating for about 30 plus an additional 40 at the bar as it takes over the former Eat Thai Cuisine space, which had significant dining-room space. Shretha — who co-founded the popular Rain City Burgers in Ravenna — runs 206 with his family and started the mini-chain in 2014." - Gabe Guarente
