"The new Alliance Bakery Grand is set to open on Friday, October 27. This larger location in West Town will seat around 20 people and features a luminous pastry case with French desserts, plus a custom wall mural. The new space allows for expanded production, including a cake-decorating gallery, kitchen, and offices.
