"Housed in Silo Studios, this fast-casual shop spotlights Philly cheesesteaks that can be stuffed with chicken, buffalo-sauce-infused chicken, steak, or veggies and topped with Whiz, provolone, onions, and a variety of other toppings; it soft-opened in March and is co-owned by Jeremy Smith, John Hoffman, and Nicholas Nathan.
