"One of Temporis’ two executive chefs has left Michelin-starred restaurant in West Town. Don Young, who previously split the chef duties with Sam Plotnick, says that he no longer works at the fine-dining restaurant on Ashland Avenue. Troy Jorge, who has experience at Acadia and Grace, has taken Young’s place and is now the sole executive chef, as Plotnick now focuses on front of the house, the restaurant announced in a statement. The small tasting-menu restaurant opened in January 2017 and gained mostly positive reviews; Plotnick and Young were both nominated for 2018 Jean Banchet Awards for Rising Chef of the Year, the restaurant won a 2019 award for Best Service, and it was awarded a Michelin star last fall." - Daniel Gerzina
