"Planning to open this fall in the District at Green Valley Ranch, Urth Caffe will be the cafe's third Southern Nevada outpost and will offer its organic teas and coffee, acai bowls, omelets, French toast, paninis, breakfast pizzas, and more; it joins restaurants like Echo & Rig, Rachel’s Kitchen, and Cantina Tequila and already has locations inside Wynn Las Vegas and at Uncommons in the southwest.
