"Recently relocated from Church Street to a larger space at East Decatur Station on East College Avenue, this Latin restaurant and wine bar—run by Michael Condon and Paul Vinces—expanded to accommodate growing catering and takeout operations and to add a Nikkei-style sushi bar that fuses Peruvian ingredients and dishes like ceviche with Japanese techniques. The kitchen continues to focus on Latin street food, with highlights including tostones topped with cheese and pineapple salsa, arepas, fish tacos, tortas, and lomo saltado.
