"Le Cafe Louis Vuitton, a collaboration between Stephen Starr and Louis Vuitton, is located at 6 E. 57th Street, at Fifth Avenue, on the fourth floor of Louis Vuitton's Manhattan location. The restaurant features a library theme with over 600 books and offers a menu of 'luxury snacking.' Michelin-caliber Chef Christophe Bellanca oversees the savory dishes, while pastries are crafted by Mary George, former head of pastry at Daniel. The cafe also collaborates with Louis Vuitton’s consulting chefs Arnaud Donckele and pastry chef Maxime Frédéric, who will feature a chocolate shop, Chocolat Maxime Frédéric. Designed by Shohei Shigematsu, the entrance features an installation of stacked Louis Vuitton trunks.
