"Every dog seemingly has its day at this colorful Colfax, where the options range from classic Chicago-style and Jersey dogs (a hot dog topped with bacon, spicy mustard, red onion, relish and sauerkraut) to the modern creation that is the Mex-Si: a bacon-wrapped and deep-fried dog topped with lettuce, tomato, jalapeño, sour cream, cheese, and salsa.
