"Serving the Historic Westside since 1997, Mario’s Westside Market has been a community fixture in a predominantly Black neighborhood that developed in the late 1940s when Black entertainers were barred from staying on the Strip; that history includes nearby venues like the Moulin Rouge, the first integrated hotel in the United States.
