"Tacolina and the attached cocktail bar Jaguar Room have brought a piece of the jungle to the former De Buena Planta space in Silver Lake. Coming from the team behind Blue Plate Oysterette and Blue Plate Taco, Tacolina serves a Baja-inspired menu in an outdoor dining space surrounded by plants and trees. Split chips and guacamole and shrimp agauchile alongside cochinita tacos, Santa Barbara red snapper, and chipotle-brined chicken. After dinner, or if just popping by for a drink, head to the Jaguar Room for cocktails made with Mexican-produced spirits like the Hibiscus Breeze with mezcal.
