"Expanding beyond its Columbia Waterfront original, this bakery is taking over Cafe Mado’s coffee counter starting Wednesday, December 17, and plans to open a new standalone location next door to Mado on Washington Avenue in the coming months; the first shop opened in April 2024 at 115 Columbia Street at Kane Street and will remain open, as will the daytime outpost inside Margot in Fort Greene, all from Redwood Hospitality’s Nico Russell, Steve Wong, and Piper Kristensen (the team behind Place des Fêtes)." - Melissa McCart
