"Assembly Food Hall is bringing Bourbon Street to Broadway this year with two Mardi Gras celebrations suited for all ages. On Saturday, February 10, and Fat Tuesday, February 13, a host of restaurants will be churning out specialty Mardi Gras bites, including a crawfish boil and shrimp po’ boys from Dock Local, a trio of beignets from the Philly Special, king cake shaved ice from Cotton & Snow, and a king cake waffle from the Liege Waffle Co.
