"Shuttered without notice seven months after a troubled debut at the retail-and-dining hub, this short-lived concept served chicken recipes, burgers, and artisan pizzas out of a large 9,000-square-foot space with a patio. Presented as a rebrand of the muddled Mixx Grill & Lounge under owner-operator JP Teresi (a former general manager at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas), the operation lost its initial chef, Bryan Ogden, after just six weeks but retained members of the previous Mixx Grill staff. The venue occupied a space formerly home to a Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, and its abrupt closing—alongside nearby forthcoming shutdowns—has fueled rumors of additional departures on the Rampart Boulevard side of the complex." - Bradley Martin
