"Now that it has a brick-and-mortar, Isaac’s Bagels is bringing a bit of Northeastern nostalgia to Durham’s weekend brunch options. It’s hard to beat a classic bagel with lox, but it also offers egg salad, whitefish salad, and old standbys like a BEC (bacon, egg, cheese). There are seasonal bagel sandwiches (the winter tomato with slow-roasted cherry tomatoes and adjika cream cheese is outstanding), and do not skip the bakery case.
