"Replacing the Georgian Thai pop-up at Candler Park’s Gato throughout June, the Plate Sale is a popular a la carte pop-up dinner series led by Mike and Shyretha Sheats (both formerly of Staplehouse), with Mike as chef and Shyretha as beverage director. I note they host dinners across Atlanta and Athens at restaurants like Octopus Bar, A Mano, and B’s Cracklin’ Barbecue and announce each dinner via Instagram.
