"A historic structure overlooking Capitol Park that had been vacant since the 1980s, the Farwell Building is undergoing a major restoration and will house Leila on its south side; while Eid initially hoped to preserve raw, weathered interior elements, the historic renovation required drywall throughout the dining room, leading the team to cover original brick with drywall and add brick veneer in places to recreate a similar look." - Brenna Houck
