"Bryan and Michael Voltaggio’s new restaurant inside the Conrad hotel in CityCenter rings in its first Thanksgiving with a meal ($115 for adults; $40 for kids 12-and-under) that begins with raw bar grazing at the chefs’ pass before moving to tables for individual appetizers and entrees. From noon to 8 p.m., people can have access to shared starters like mini Maryland crab rolls, “Falldorf” salad with pumpkin goddess dressing, and smoked trout profiteroles.
