"Opened at the end of September in Oakland, this diner-style spot serves American comfort food infused with Korean flavors and is the latest restaurant from the group behind Ohgane, produced in collaboration with the team from Chimmelier (and partners tied to Hanchi and Jilli). The smash burgers are the stars: four-ounce patties made daily from a grind of chuck, short rib, and brisket, available as single, double, or triple cheeseburgers topped with Oh G Sauce (a garlic aioli made with confit garlic).
