"And sitting in between both of them, The Buddhakai Group’s latest concept Cubanidad will fill its own 1,008-square-foot space. The same operators run Sekushi Japanese Restaurant at the Paris resort and were behind the shuttered F.A.M.E. at The Linq Promenade. The company also recently trademarked the name “China Cubano,” suggesting a possible menu twist on familiar Cuban dishes.
