Food Hall Pioneer Avanti Expands to Boulder’s Pearl Street | Eater Denver
"A second 13,000-square-foot food hall is slated to open late this year at 14th and Pearl streets in Boulder; it will feature two bars, six independent restaurant stalls, a rooftop deck and a coffee and pastry shop. The venue will offer one- to two-year lease options to incubate chefs and restaurateurs, is being redesigned by Oz Architecture and Scout Interiors, and aims to reproduce a Denver incubator’s track record of helping small concepts grow into standalone restaurants." - Josie Sexton
