"A fast-casual outpost from high-profile chef Sean Brock that nods to vintage fast-food joints opened at 145 Calhoun Street on Friday, February 14, beginning breakfast service at 8 a.m. with an emphasis on biscuits and a breakfast burrito before switching at 11 a.m. to lunch and dinner service featuring the Joyburger Deluxe, fried chicken sandwiches, Chicago dogs, Crustburgers, and Joysticks. Most menu items can be made gluten-free—even the biscuits, which are available with benne flour, Carolina Gold rice flour, and toasted oat flour—though the sausage gravy and malt milkshakes cannot. The concept started in Nashville and has expanded across the South with partners Nick Pihakis and Paul Mishkin; the chef will be present for opening weekend. Operating hours are Sunday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. and Friday–Saturday 8:00 a.m.–midnight, offering a new late-night dining option near King Street." - Erin Perkins
