"The restaurant group behind several recent Minneapolis projects is centralizing a series of expansions and new openings: owners are taking over a North Loop food hall and bringing new tenants; a new cocktail bar called Stargazer is in the works in Northeast Minneapolis; Pig Ate My Pizza plans to expand to Bloomington; and, per Axios Twin Cities, the group may be collaborating with a recently closed south-Minneapolis Italian restaurant on a comeback.
