"A popular dining pop-up offering new seatings at private wine club Vine Club in Adair Park beginning March 16. The eight-course menu is $150 per person with a BYOB policy for beverages. The young chef explores themes of “love, grief, yearning, and growth,” through his food; the pop-up is named after Shankman’s late grandmother, Maria, who played an important role in his upbringing. Expect dishes with Cuban flavor influences, fine-dining techniques, and a powerful through line of intentional storytelling.
