"One of Houston’s most beautiful restaurants also offers some of the tastiest fare in a hotel. Delicate fare, pretty cocktails, and vibrant decor await at Bloom and Pee, which is tucked inside the Michelin-recognized Post Oak Hotel. The name supersedes the space, as the dining room is clad with floral fixtures and boasts a garden-like atmosphere. The menu rotates, with seasonal ingredients at the forefront, including, most recently, a lengthy list of sushi offerings and snapper crudo; lobster tail asado served with marbled potatoes and chimichurri; a six-hour braised lamb shank; and roasted filet mignon. Brunch is a most popular pastime here, with peach-stuffed French toast, flatbreads that rotate with each season, smoked shrimp and grits, and the chef’s family-style Bee Box, which comes with an assortment of French pastries. The options don’t stop there, though. Diners can also try Post Oak Hotel’s other dining options, including the H Bar, Stella’s Wine Bar, Willie G’s Seafood, King Ranch Texas Kitchen, and Maestro’s Steakhouse." - Brittany Britto Garley
