"Situated at the front of Caesars Palace, Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen occupies an approximately 8,000-square-foot, Hell’s Kitchen–themed space with a blue and red side, an open showcase kitchen that lets diners watch guest chefs, an interior bar with a long illuminated bottle wall and TVs, two dining rooms, retail space including a gift shop, and nearly 2,000 square feet of patio. When it debuted on Jan. 6 it drew huge lines and more than 12,000 reservations in the first days and quickly became the Strip’s hottest ticket, spawning a mad rush for signature items like Beef Wellington, sticky toffee pudding, and shellfish towers; the restaurant also offers an all-day breakfast, a separate lunch menu with items not available after 5 p.m., and a three-course meal built around Ramsay favorites. The bar pours European choices such as Guinness and Newcastle Brown Ale alongside wines and cocktails. The venue will be used to film upcoming seasons of Hell’s Kitchen, Season 18 winner Ariel Contreras-Fox landed the head chef job at the Caesars location (the season prize included a $250,000 salary), and Season 17 winner Michelle Tribble plans to remain on staff. The concept is presented as a no-expense-spared homage to the show and is said to have won a 2018 Eater Award for Design of the Year." - Eater Staff
