"Opened in October 2019 in a Cedar Park strip mall, this Indian-Nepalese spot serves many familiar Indian standards—saag paneer, chicken tikka masala and kheer sweet rice pudding—that are comparable to other local restaurants, but its Nepali Khana set stood out as a spicy, bright collection of small vegetarian plates (including dal and mustard greens). A lunchtime buffet priced at $11 offers fragrant channa masala and a creamy, delicious dal makhani, and the mango lassi was particularly enjoyable. Some items disappointed: the spicy rice had unevenly dispersed seasonings, the lunchtime tandoori chicken was dry, and the sooji laddu sweet balls fell short. The highlight was the sadheko momos—eight delicate rice-paper purses filled with peas, cauliflower and cheese, steamed, then dunked in a bright tomato-based chili sauce and topped with fresh ginger, garlic and cilantro—tart and just the right level of spicy. Overall, the experience was pleasant enough that the reviewer would return if they lived closer, but it wouldn’t justify a special trip." - Erin Russell
