"Parlour Wines is a bottleshop dedicated to organic Italian wine, which reopened with a wine bar in July 2021, becoming the only wine bar in Madison Park and the only one in Seattle focused on Italian natural wines. It offers a curated selection of organic estate wines and aims to introduce natural wine to the local community without overwhelming them. The venue also serves local and Basque ciders, vermouth, and wine-based Italian amaros. A wine club with different membership levels is available, and light bar snacks are planned for the future.
