"An East Congress neighborhood brewery at 415 East St. Elmo Road, Building 1, Suite D2 that frequently hosts rotating food pop-ups, providing a launchpad for local vendors. Earlier in the year it hosted a Laotian food truck, Sekse Fud Kob, before that operation moved to a Far East Austin restaurant. Beginning Aug. 31 the brewery will host a wood-fired pizza truck operated by a local couple, with the vendor’s initial opening hours listed as noon–10 p.m. on the first day and a regular Wednesday–Sunday schedule thereafter, reflecting the venue’s role as a regular community spot for emerging food concepts." - Nadia Chaudhury
