"Opened by former Contigo culinary director PJ Edwards and former Jason Dady Restaurant Group general manager Lindsey Edwards, this San Antonio neighborhood restaurant will debut on Saturday, September 22 at 555 West Bitters Road. It focuses on Texas and Southern fare, with menu highlights such as burgers, Gulf shrimp, grilled ribeyes, grilled okra, and roasted acorn squash.
