Acclaimed Boston Chef Michael Scelfo to Open a New Restaurant in Somerville | Eater Boston

"Opening inside Somerville's Cambria Hotel at 515 Somerville Avenue this spring, I report that Josephine will be an Italian restaurant centered on deep- and thin-crust pizzas, Roman street snacks, and recipes drawn from Michael Scelfo’s Italian American upbringing. The menu will be rounded out with what Scelfo describes as Italian classics inspired by family dinners, generational cooking, and his travels. The kitchen will be led by Alden & Harlow alums Stephanie Barrett and Owen Macca, the bar—stocked with Italian classics and offering martini service—will be run by Welitom Ramos, and Sydnie Loboda will lead dining room operations.
