"The all-day cafe and bar in Beacon Hill announced it will close for the month of February to "figure itself out," explaining on Instagram: "We believe that to be successful in this time without sacrificing our values, our hospitality, service, and offerings need to be exceptional. After much self-reflection, it’s apparent that our current offerings and service don’t fully fulfill on our values. Increased pressures from recent changes in the economics of doing business in Seattle, paired with the onslaught of traditional challenges faced by the hospitality industry, make limping along in the red each month and offering something just ‘good enough’ untenable."
