"For the third year running, Terrapin Beer Company’s Touch of Brews festival returns to Sevier Park in 12 South (September 29–30), and I found it channels a Grateful Dead–tinged vibe with live bands, Terrapin Beer and Waterbird Spirits, and a slate of food trucks.
