Boxcar Splits From The Source, Looks for Two New Denver Outposts - Eater Denver
"After more than four years in The Source market hall in RiNo, Boxcar Coffee Roasters is moving on, expanding roasting operations to a bigger facility in Boulder and searching for up to two new Denver locations. The Boulder-based business already has one stand-alone shop at 1825 Pearl Street, and owner Vajra Rich says coffee production has tripled since he opened in RiNo, causing him to outgrow the current Denver real estate.
