Boxcar Splits From The Source, Looks for Two New Denver Outposts - Eater Denver

"After more than four years in The Source market hall in RiNo, Boxcar Coffee Roasters is moving on, expanding roasting operations to a bigger facility in Boulder and searching for up to two new Denver locations. The Boulder-based business already has one stand-alone shop at 1825 Pearl Street, and owner Vajra Rich says coffee production has tripled since he opened in RiNo, causing him to outgrow the current Denver real estate. Boxcar will pour its last cups at The Source on Brighton Boulevard this Sunday, January 28." - Josie Sexton
