"Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos has gained culinary praise (along with Michelin star attention) for his inventive dishes inspired by his Colombian roots. At this second Miami outpost, diners are treated to dishes like truffle buñuelos with torched foie gras, crab empanadas, guava barbecue ribs, and roasted quail stuffed with guanciale and mushrooms. His buzzed-about Tree of Life (cassava-based cheese and herb bread) will also make an appearance. There will be two seatings, 6 pm. to 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Prices: Range from $125-$225, depending on seating and room choice. Children 12 and under are $75" - Alona Martinez
