Baha offers three options: the Verde, with aguachile, squid, scallops, avocado, and jalapeños; the Baha, featuring shrimp, octopus, tuna, lobster, and squid; and the cleverly named Sears Tower, which layers shrimp, fish, crab meat, mango, cucumber, and tomatoes, topped with a signature spicy red sauce. Baja’s menu also offers an impressive selection of ceviche, along with an aguachile that’s good for those who crave a bit of spice.
