Contigo Culinary Director Is Opening San Antonio Restaurant Meadow - Eater Austin
"Meadow Neighborhood Eatery and Bar is taking over the space vacated by Dady’s New American restaurant Tre Enoteca on 555 West Bitters Road. The neighborhood restaurant’s menu will feature Texas dishes while drawing on Southern influences. Expect pickled items, burgers, fried chicken, charcoal-grilled ribeyes, and peach calzones. There will be a dedicated children’s menu, as well as Sunday brunch. The beverage menu will span beer, wine, and cocktails." - Nadia Chaudhury
