"Tucked inside Solaris Brickell, the 996-square-foot space features a 27-seat hand roll bar where I can watch chefs craft temaki—cone-shaped hand rolls meant to be eaten with the hands. The omakase hand roll offerings come in three tiers: the OMA Bite ($15) with a seasonal hand roll, salmon hand roll, and blue crab hand roll; the OMA ($19) with yellowtail, salmon, blue crab, and negi-toro hand rolls; and the OMA Deluxe ($24) with salmon, blue crab, albacore, bay scallops, and negi-toro hand rolls.
