Nourish Botanica Launches a Sustainable Vegan Food Pop-Up Incubator in Joyland, South Atlanta - Eater Atlanta
"Nourish Botanica is preparing to become Atlanta’s first sustainable greenhouse restaurant. Launching in early March, the venue will serve coffee, tea, juices, and a mostly vegan menu of Caribbean and Southern dishes from local pop-ups and chefs. The cafe and plant shop will feature a large backyard with gardens and a greenhouse dining space. Until the kitchen and cafe are fully built out, pop-ups like Meraki Soul and the Powerplant will prepare food at off-site commercial kitchens to serve on weekends.
