"I noted Tom Douglas’s eponymous group opened its latest business, a wine bar called Neb, in downtown Seattle on Virginia between Third and Fourth Avenues; the menu is described as speaking to the “rustic northwest” and being “Italianesque,” but the place is really about an extensive Negroni menu — including a zero-proof Negroni — and an Italian wine list with glasses starting at about $10 and rare, large bottles carrying $300-plus price tags.
