"Relo’s Board Game and Dessert Cafe, started by Toronto natives Lou Guoc and Regen Chan, is set to open in April at the former Three Aces location. The cafe will offer a variety of desserts and a large collection of board games, targeting students from the nearby University of Illinois at Chicago. Unlike its predecessor, it will not serve alcohol but will offer specialty drinks like lemonade and iced tea.
