Two Steak Restaurants Are Opening in Austin in 2024 | Eater Austin
"I learned that John Carver, the owner and chef of Austin restaurants Red Ash (currently temporarily closed because of a kitchen fire) and J Carver’s, is opening a new downtown Austin restaurant called the Kimberly — named after his wife — inside the Indeed Tower at 200 West Sixth Street, potentially in the fall of 2024; the restaurant will feature a lot of steaks made on a wood-fired grill." - Nadia Chaudhury
