The Best Underrated, Hidden Gem Restaurants in the Twin Cities | Eater Twin Cities

"Heather’s might be the perfect neighborhood restaurant. The brunch specials — like orange caramel pecan French toast and strawberry shortcake biscuits, to name a few — are always a hit. For dinner, Heather’s rotates in specials that feel fresh and seasonal such as roasted pork loin with broccolini and Moroccan braised lamb with dried fruit. The space is casual but bright, and usually filled with fresh-cut flowers. Cap off a meal with a stroll around nearby Lake Nokomis or down Minnehaha Creek, and grab a specialty salad from the little deli counter on the way out. Takeout and delivery are available with the latter offered for an additional $5." - Eli Radtke
